You don't have to keep everything. The buyer pays for the full lot and can leave behind any piece they don't want. We'll include it in our public sale.

Terms

  • $21,750 for the entire lot. Sold to one buyer only.
  • Full payment in cash or cashier's check by Friday, October 16.
  • Buyer removes all items they want by Sunday, October 25.
  • Buyer provides labor, trucks and moving equipment.
  • Sold as-is. Inspection is welcome before you buy.
  • Bill of sale from The Children's Center, Inc., the owner of all equipment.
  • Resellers are welcome to buy the full lot.

Questions

Can I buy just a few pieces?

Not this week. Until October 16 the center is sold only as one lot. Anything not sold goes to a public sale starting October 17, where individual pieces will be available. Contact us if you'd like those details.

Do I have to take everything?

No. You pay for the full lot and take what you want. Anything you leave behind goes to our public sale.

How much truck space will I need?

This furnished a building for 200+ children, so plan on several loads in a 26-foot box truck. The building is ground level with no stairs.

Do the cribs meet licensing standards?

They were used in our licensed center. Crib brands and model details are listed in the inventory so you can confirm they meet current federal crib standards for your license.

Who owns the equipment?

The Children's Center, Inc. owns the business and all of the equipment. We provide a signed bill of sale listing what's included.

Can I pay now and pick up later?

Yes. Pay by October 16, then pick up any time before October 25.
